Summary
The sandbag floor wipers will work the upper and lower abdominal muscles as well as hip flexors.
This exercise was made famous after the movie “300” where the actors kept in top shape by doing the 300 workout in order to keep their incredible physique during the filming of the movie.
Steps
From supine (laying on back) position, legs straight and bag pressed up with arms locked out:
- Keep legs together and straight.
- Activate core, and keep lower back attached to floor
- Raise both feet to the bag
- Return to floor
- Repeat going from side to side.
