Sandbag Plank Side Drags


Drag exercises are a fantastic way to challenge the core. The sandbag again is the ideal tool to perform this type of exercise and will build the core in 360 degrees


From a push up plank position:

  1. Drag bag laterally from one side to the other changing hands

Key points:

  • The slower the drag the more difficult
  • Work the stabilizers by resisting rotation at the hips
